Author Bio

Nancy B. Kennedy worked in newspapers for many years, including a stint as an editor for Dow Jones’s pioneering electronic news service. As a financial writer, she worked for many newspapers and magazines, including the New York Times and the online Wall Street Journal, and for the financial services firm Merrill Lynch. As an editor she worked for such well-respected publishing houses as Princeton University Press and Ecco Press.

Ms. Kennedy's latest books are Miracles and Moments of Grace: Inspiring Stories from Doctors (Leafwood, 2012), How We Did It: Weight Loss Choices that Will Work for You (Leafwood, November 2011) and Miracles and Moments of Grace: Inspiring Stories from Military Chaplains (Leafwood, March 2011).

Previously, Ms. Kennedy authored two children’s books with Concordia Publishing House, both teacher resources that combine science activities with stories of faith—Make It, Shake It, Mix It Up (2008) andEven the Sound Waves Obey Him (2005).
